TU's new television show airs this Friday, April 4th at 8pm on the Outdoor Channel
One can watch this TV program at the times indicated (Outdoor Channel 316 in El Paso) or if you have a cable digital channel (in El Paso, Time Warner Cable, Outdoor Channel is Channel 316) with a DVR or similar recording device, you can tape the programs.

TU's new television show, On the Rise begins its first season on the Outdoor Channel this Friday, April 4 at 8 p.m.

Hosted by Frank Smethurst, an accomplished Telluride fly-fishing guide, and a Scott Rod Rep,the show takes viewers on a tour of some of the best fly-fishing locations around the country and highlights places where Trout Unlimited's conservation work has made a difference. (Frank and his partner also won the Flyfishing Masters event 3 years ago)
From the first episode where Smethurst drives his trout-patterned Airstream trailer to Montana's Madison River, to the season's final episode where he stalks winter steelhead in Ohio, On the Rise is a 30-minute weekly adventure for people who appreciate fly-fishing and the beautiful places it takes them. The show is produced by Barrett Productions, the country's leading outdoor adventure television production company.
The show airs weekly on the Outdoor Channel on Friday nights at 8 p.m., with encore airings of each episode on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 7:30 a.m. Check with your local cable provider to see if it carries the Outdoor Channel.
